Welcome to Blue Ridge Reptile Rescue! Founded in 2017, we are a rescue in Lexington, Virginia dedicated to helping reptiles in need.  We care for all types of lizards, snakes, turtles, tortoises, and even the occasional amphibian.  We offer years of experience and compassionate care, as well as collaboration with other local and regional rescue and animal control groups. At BR3, we uphold a very high standard of care and strive to truly understand every animal as an individual, achieving comfort, security, and the chance at a terrific new FOREVER home!

 

Please contact us if you need help with a reptile, but wish to keep the animal in your care. We can troubleshoot husbandry, diet, routines, and basic healthcare needs to eliminate some commonly encountered issues. Some serious problems do have simple solutions!
